Refinance calculator
Compare your current loan with a new rate, including switching costs, to see whether refinancing could be worth looking into.
Results are estimates based on the figures you enter and the example rate shown. They aren't a quote, an offer of credit or a guide to what a lender will approve.

What the comparison includes
Repayments for both loans, annual or package fees, the upfront costs you enter (discharge, application, valuation, other) and any cashback you have confirmed in writing. The break-even is the number of months until the cumulative interest and fee saving of the proposed loan covers the net upfront cost.
Watch the term
Refinancing a loan with 18 years remaining into a new 30-year loan lowers the monthly repayment but can add many years of interest. The calculator warns when the proposed term is longer than your remaining term or when the total cost over the full term is higher.
What is not included
Fixed-rate break costs, which can be substantial; changes to your offset or redraw features; lender incentives that have not been confirmed; and a regulated comparison rate. This is a simplified total-cost comparison, not advice.
Calculations are estimates for general information only. They do not constitute a loan offer, credit approval or personalised financial advice. Actual repayments, fees, eligibility and savings depend on your lender, loan contract and circumstances. Speak with a qualified professional before making a decision.
